Our Programme
At Nourish, we offer a weekly programme of groups, workshops and sessions designed to bring carers, families and individuals with additional needs together in a safe, creative and supportive space. From relaxed social groups and crafting sessions, to skills‑building workshops, wellbeing activities and dedicated spaces for carers, our timetable is built to nurture connection, confidence and community. Whether you’re joining us for a gentle start to the week, a chance to learn something new, time to unwind, or an opportunity to meet others who understand the caring journey, there is something here for everyone. Happy Mondays is a relaxed, creative social group for young people and adults with additional needs, offering a gentle, friendly start to the week through crafting and connection.

11:30 - 1:00 pm
The Knit & Natter Nook is a warm, welcoming space where people come together to knit, crochet, chat and unwind, with plenty of yarn, needles and hooks available for anyone who wants to learn something new or enjoy a relaxing morning with others.

11am–1pm
A safe, friendly space for carers to enjoy a warm light lunch, connect with others, and access support and advice.
Play and craft activities are available for children attending with their parent/carer.
Learn MoreCarer Skills & Self Kindness
10am–12pm
Our Thursday Sessions offer carers a gentle, supportive space to learn, rest and reconnect, with calm creative activities, wellbeing practices and peer‑led skill sharing. Running every four weeks, the session is a themed workshop or learning event, giving carers the chance to learn new skills and self-kindness.

3:30pm–5:30pm
Aftershock is a lively after‑school club for children aged 5–16, with an additonal need or a sybling of someone with an additonal need. Offering warm snacks, crafts, games and supportive activities all enjoyed together with their parent or carer in a relaxed, welcoming space.

1:00pm–3:00pm
Project U is a new pilot programme, designed to help young people build confidence, independence, and the skills they need to take positive steps toward their future. The programme is designed to build resilience, increase independence, confidence and self-esteem.
