At Nourish, we stand beside families across Fife who are raising children with additional support needs. We offer practical help, emotional support, and safe, welcoming spaces to connect.
Your donation helps us provide:

• Emergency funding when families are in crisis
• Wellbeing sessions that offer rest and renewal
• Inclusive events where everyone feels they belong
• Tailored support shaped by lived experience

How You Can Help:

There are many ways you can support Nourish. You might choose to make a one-off or monthly donation to help us continue our work, donate items to our Charity Shop in the Mercat Shopping Centre, or give in memory or celebration to honour someone special. Some supporters also choose to leave a legacy gift, helping us build a more inclusive future for generations to come. However you choose to give, your support makes a lasting difference.

Donating Money

Monetary donations are a fantastic way to support us, and ensure we can continue to give support to families in Fife with additional support needs.

Donating Items

We are grateful for donations of new items that can be used in our support facilities, and have an Amazon wishlist.

Donating Food

We accept donations of unopened items in our Community Hub, we especially welcome donations of cereal, tinned meat, tins of soup etc.

How your money can help:

£2.50 - can purchase a tray of food through Fareshare to support families.
£5 - can provide crafts for children and young people using our services.
£10 - can provide refreshments for families coming into our Family Support Centre.
£20 - can cover the cost of a new game for our children and young people.
£50 - can cover the cost of a small support group.
£100 - can cover the cost of upkeep for our sensory room and replace used/broken sensory toys.
£250 - can provide food parcels or shopping vouchers to support families struggling financially.
£500 - can provide musical instruments for children and young people to use in our Family Support Centre.
£1000 - can provide a trip/outing for the families we support.

We are grateful for donations of new items that can be used in our support facilities. Unfortunately we are unable to accept used/pre loved items for this purpose, however our Charity shop would be grateful for them. We also look for seasonal donations at Christmas and Easter.
